One Can Community Support

We are very aware that often, the need for a food parcel is the tip of the iceberg for so many of the families and people that we support. One Can Community Support is a relatively new initiative whereby a small team of volunteers call clients to better understand what extra help they need. We work closely with many local organisations such as Bucks Adult Learning, the Helping Hand team at Bucks Council, Christians Against Poverty etc to signpost people to the most appropriate place for help.
